By hiring JR Landscapes, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Work

All services will be outlined and agreed upon prior to starting. Any changes or additions may result in additional charges.

2. Scheduling & Access

Clients must ensure access to the property on the scheduled service day. If we cannot access the site, a rescheduling feemay apply.

3. Payment Terms

• Invoices are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

• Projects over a certain size may require a deposit before work begins.

• Late payments may result in a 5% late fee every 7 days overdue.

4. Property Conditions

Please clear any debris, pet waste, or obstructions from your yard before service. JR Landscapes is not responsible for damage caused by hidden obstacles or poor site conditions.

5. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please provide 24-hour notice. Failure to do so may result in a $25 cancellation fee or loss of deposit (for large jobs).

💸 Deposits & Refunds

• A deposit is required for large landscaping/hardscaping projects.

• Once materials are ordered or work begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

• Cancellations made before materials are ordered may be eligible for a partial refund (less planning and consultation fees).

🌦 Weather Delays

Rain happens. If we need to delay work due to weather, we’ll notify you and reschedule at the earliest available time.

📸 Before & After Photos

We may take before-and-after photos of your project for quality control and promotional purposes. If you do not want photos used for marketing, just let us know!
